What Do You Like To Read? 01/14/10

As you may remember, one of my New Years resolutions was to get back in to blogging with at least one post per week. I’ve got tons of ideas for new blog posts but I want to get a feel for what people like to read about. I created this cool little poll to get your opinions. If you wouldn’t mind letting me know what kind of topics you like to read about and respond to, I’ll have a better idea of what direction to take future blog posts.

I really appreciate all the feedback and all of the support you guys have given me over the past few months since I’ve dove in to internet marketing head first. It has been an amazing ride so far.

If you are curious about how I made this poll and how you can implement one on your site, check out Blogpolls.com. It literally takes about 4 minutes to set up a poll.

Please make yourself heard in the comments below. If there’s something you’d like me to talk about that is not mentioned in the above poll, let me know.

Thanks so much for you input!

In my opinion, it would be much better if you write diverse but related topics. You above poll are related to each other, you could write on each topics. :-)

Hi Matt,

At the moment you seem to be excelling in affiliate marketing and becoming quite a prolific product creator.

More posts on how you have become successful at both in such a short space of time would be great.

See you next week!

Hey Matt,
It has been a while since I visited your site.

I am in the process of becoming a full time Internet Marketer and would love to get a little bit more on your story.

I would like to see a bit of a step by step on what you did to get to where you are today.

Hope to talk soon. Look out for me on Skype.

Hi Matt,

Great to see you back blogging.I love to read/watch your How To…series,I’m currently working my way thru the W/P Pro Series.Excellent.

Could you add a “How to Add Images” to your blog tutorial, and common faults,as its driving me nuts watching my images disappear.

Rays last blog, hope youve got a sense of humour,About Me.

Great site,I’ll be back

Hi Matt –

Your WordPress Classroom videos are great. I’ve used quite a few of them in setting up parts of my blog. I am still working on creating my own free ebook. I think product creation would be great, as well as the technical side of how to set everything up. That’s where I struggle the most. I added a free ebook to another blog of mine and literally took hours trying to figure out how to upload it. LOL

Sorry, Matt. I had just looked up your name via “Bing” and the only way that I could find you fast was via your picture (boy! does that prove what you say is true or not?.) Your picture brought me to your old blog, “My Improved Life” and I posted my comment there. After further research, I did find you here at your current blog. Am copying my comment in case you don’t go there anymore.

“Matt — Just watched your video about how to get free advertising via Amazon.com. I knew about Amazon and their social networking & web reviews — but, had never seriously thought about uploading a video there. You are definitely WAAy ahead of your time!!! I appreciate your insight. What kind of camera would be good to buy for this sort of venture?”

Hi Matt,
I’m back.Voted on your poll,great idea.
I particularly like your “create a product” ideas such as showing how to produce your own screen capcha videos,on the WordPress Pro Videos.
Lets face it,the “real”money is in your “own” product,so if you can help in this field…
Also joined Amazon.com and set up a profile(see we do listen).Would be great if we could join up,so take this as an invite.

Thanks to everyone for all the great comments and suggestion. I kind of figured that the most popular choice would be blogging tutorials… After all, that’s how this blog started.

I’ve drifted more in to list building, product creation, and affiliate marketing because I think all of it can work hand in hand.

It’s a new year. I’ve been slow on the blogging because I was out of town for a couple weeks. Now it’s time to get back to it. I’ve got lots of ideas for posts.

Thanks again,
Matt

Hi Matt,

I really don’t think you could go wrong with that list. All of those topics sound extremely helpful. I love your blogging tutorials and would really like one on how to add a favorites icon to my url. I know how to actually make the icon, but adding into my site is a little daunting…or at least it is to me!

Thanks for all of your constant help and ideas!

A survey is a very good way to understand how your reader or subscribers feels or thinks.

I guess so…
